What are the delivery costs?

A local pickup option is available for those within the Perth metropolitan area.

When do you deliver my order?

Your order will be dispatched the next day. We deliver via Australia Post to anywhere within Australia and international. Australia Post makes every effort to deliver within 7-8 business days within Australia. If you are not home when the product/s are delivered, Australia Post will leave a card at the address advising you that an attempt has been made to deliver your product, and of the local post office you can collect it from.

What is our cancellation policy?

Our order process is fast and generally if the order is generated on a Friday after 5pm (Perth Time) it will be sent on the Monday and therefore can be cancelled. Orders are dispatched on a daily basis from Monday to Friday. If you do have a change of mind please advise immediately prior to 2pm (Perth Time) before dispatch.
